To ensure our residents’ property values, a not for profit Slater Farms Homeowners Association has been incorporated and will oversee the affairs of the community. This HOA shall be operated by Precedent Residential Development until 75% of the home sites have been sold at which point the homeowners shall then take over the management functions of the Association. An Architectural Standards Committee (ASC) has been established and will be responsible for reviewing, approving or denying all existing property owner improvement requests such as fences, painting, home exterior property changes or remodels. The annual Homeowners Association dues shall be set by the Board of Directors so that all common area landscaping, fences, walking trails, lakes, pool, bathhouse, park and improvements can be maintained in an upscale manner. Annual dues for 2008 shall be set at $780.00 per home site which includes mandatory pool membership. Dues will be reviewed annually thereafter.
